Hey Titi66200,

I can't repro this without a xap - please send me the xap that is causing this issue. Does the xap use ID_CAP_INTEROPSERVICES?

I've update the error message for this one. Mango will only allow you to deploy apps with ID_CAP_INTEROPSERVICES if your developer account is allowed to use this capability. Since 99.9% (made up statistic) of developer accounts can't do that it basically blocks a lot of the previous apps / hacks that you could do with this capability.
